Starting your first call
Open the home page, allow camera and microphone access in your browser, and press Start Video Chat. Shedo Chat prepares your video, places you in the queue, and connects you as soon as a partner is found.
Staying comfortable
Blur your camera when you want privacy, mute your microphone, or switch on a face effect before the call begins. Reporting and blocking are one tap away, and blocking asks for confirmation so it never happens by accident.

Some conversations are easier typed. The in-call chat lets you share a link, spell out a name, or keep talking when your surroundings are noisy, without ending the video connection.
