Video and audio
Video and audio are sent peer-to-peer between you and the person you are matched with. We do not record or store your calls. Text chat is delivered over the same peer connection and is discarded when the call ends.
What we store
Matching data (an anonymous session id, chosen interests and filters), and — for account holders — your profile, roles and subscription state. For safety we also store connection signals: a hashed IP, approximate country and region, network or ASN information, VPN/proxy/Tor indicators, browser timezone and languages, and the resulting trust score. We store a hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
Why we use it
To match you, to keep country filters honest, to detect abuse, spam and bots, to action reports, and to run subscriptions. Reports you submit are retained for moderation review.
Your controls
You can browse anonymously without an account. Account holders can edit or remove profile details at any time and request account deletion, which removes your profile, subscription record and matching history.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive only the subscription status and identifiers needed to grant Premium — never your card number.
