Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Shedo Chat is available only to people aged 18 or older. By using the service you confirm you are an adult and that using it is lawful where you live.

2. Acceptable use

You may not broadcast nudity or sexual content, harass or threaten others, share illegal content, impersonate anyone, record other users without consent, or use bots, automation or scraping. Violations can end your session immediately and result in a permanent ban.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium costs $9.99 per month. A 7-day introductory trial is available for $3, after which the plan renews at $9.99 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. All prices are in USD and may be subject to tax based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Shedo Chat does not store or process card details directly.

4. Matching and filters

Country and location filters rely on best-effort network signals. We do not guarantee that every user's stated or detected location is accurate, and connections we cannot verify are treated as uncertain.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. You can delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". You interact with strangers at your own risk and are responsible for what you share. See our safety guidance.
