Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
Shedo Chat is available only to people aged 18 or older. You must provide your date of birth when creating an account. It is self-reported and not independently verified; by using the service you confirm it is accurate, that you are an adult and that using it is lawful where you live.
2. Acceptable use
You may not broadcast nudity or sexual content, harass or threaten others, share illegal content, impersonate anyone, record other users without consent, or use bots, automation or scraping. Violations can end your session immediately and result in a permanent ban.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Shedo Chat strictly prohibits nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual services or solicitation, harassment, threats, hate-based abuse, scams, fraud, illegal content, impersonation, unauthorized recording, spam, bots, automated activity, and other abusive behavior.
Users may report or block other users who violate these rules. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate our policies.

Violations can end a session immediately and lead to suspension or a permanent ban. Where required, we report to law enforcement.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered on two plans: $3 per week, billed every 7 days, or $9.99 per month, billed monthly. There is no free trial. All prices are in USD and may be subject to tax based on your location.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Shedo Chat does not store or process card details directly.
5. Matching and filters
Country and location filters rely on best-effort network signals. We do not guarantee that every user's stated or detected location is accurate, and connections we cannot verify are treated as uncertain.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. You can delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". You interact with strangers at your own risk and are responsible for what you share. See our safety guidance.
