Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page, or from Google Play subscriptions if you subscribed inside the Android app. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Premium remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; cancelling part-way through a period does not create a partial refund.

When we issue refunds

We refund a payment in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental double charges for the same billing period.
• A technical fault on our side that prevented you from using Premium for a meaningful part of the paid period and that we could not resolve.
• Unauthorized payments confirmed as fraudulent.
• Where consumer law in your country gives you a statutory right to a refund or a withdrawal period, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal for digital services where it applies.

When refunds are not issued

Outside the cases above, and except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. This includes unused time after a cancellation, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, and accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our terms of service or community guidelines.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page with the email address on your Shedo Chat account and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Web payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record, so a refund may be handled by Stripe on our behalf. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play and must be requested through Google Play's refund process, under Google's policies.
